Reflections and Outlook

VisionAt a recent breakfast meeting, I shared the end of year exercise of Reflections of the past year / Outlook for the next.  One of the members in this weekly breakfast meeting, who had printed out the double page questionnaire, took 20 minutes to really review his past year, and what he would like to see more of in the next.  I was startled by his precise vision, down to how it will come about, what steps he had to take, and his timetable for getting clearer on the desired  outcomes he wants to experience.  With my coach’s hat on, I stayed very quiet, so he was able to flow with his own energy and wisdom from his intuitive side.

After 12 minutes, he turned to me.  “What do you think – Coach” and I shared my comment — “What does this fulfill for you?”  He glanced over and said, technology is changing and I want to grow with it.  I responded “great — then you have a fabulous plan to keep growing”.

So I share with you!  What is it in your life that you want more of that keeps you interested and relevant in building a future worth living?

Happy New Year!
